DESCRIPTION:Take action to improve the health of your local watershed! Join Evergreen and Bow Valley Habitat Development for stewardship and educational activities taking place on West Nose Creek in Calgary. Help restore the creek’s ecology and fish habitat by planting native willow along West Nose Creek. Learn about fish habitat and species recovery of brown trout and get connected with your watershed. \nVolunteers should bring weather-appropriate clothing\, closed toe shoes and a reusable water bottle. Evergreen and Bow Valley Habitat Development will provide training\, tools\, gloves and snacks. Event will take place rain or shine!
