DESCRIPTION:Spectacular scenery\, fall colours\, and an array of activities at Fall into Nature. Fall into Nature takes place over (October 7-9) and the following weekend (October 14-15). Festival events run at all seven of Conservation Halton’s main parks: Crawford Lake\, Rattlesnake Point\, Hilton Falls\, Kelso\, Mountsberg\, Mount Nemo\, and Robert Edmondson. \nFestival activities include: \n\nChairlift rides to the top of the escarpment with spectacular views along the way\nWagon rides through the parks\nEducational and interactive programs (visit an Iroquoian village and the Deer Clan Longhouse\, learn about the science of nature)\nBirds of prey shows\nHalton Forest Festival Public Day on October 14\nChildren’s activities\, BBQs\, pumpkins\, and more!\n\n

DESCRIPTION:During the month of October Mountsberg undergoes a ghoulish transformation! The spooky Haunted Barn is suitable for children ages 5 and up (parents are encouraged to explore first). Do you dare find the skeletons’ tea party or climb to the deck of the haunted pirate ship? This event also features live snake presentations\, Bird of Prey Presentations – featuring Vultures and Owls\, Pumpkin Passport to Discovery\, Pumpkin Hay play area\, Face painting and more…whew! Wear your costume and receive a free hot drink in the shop. What more could your little ghoul or goblin ask for? \n
